With Deep Flow Social Realty, real estate professionals no longer need to type texts when they want to publish their ads on social media. An innovation that disrupts the world of online ads, saves real estate agents extra time and speeds up the sale processes of real estate properties.

December 2016

Deep Flow Realty enters into a Global Entrepreneur Partnership with IBM and joins its hosting platform Bluemix alongside Watson, IBM’s own artificial intelligence. Deep Flow Realty can thus guarantee its clients strong capabilities, short response times and high availability of its service across the globe.

November 2016

Our CEO attends the RENT 2016, the Real Estate & New Technologies show orchestrated in Paris by Hervé Parent, president of the French Federation for Online Property (FF2i). Several players in online ads and real estate software publishers show a keen interest in Deep Flow Realty, a solution that makes real estate brokers’ lives easier.

October 2016

Deep Flow Realty, an AI that automatically writes real estate ads, is selected by Toulon Var Technologies (TVT) and joins its startup accelerator, “l’Accélérateur”. This disruptive innovation is set to save real estate professionals time by reducing the drafting time of real estate ads to nothing. In partnership with Nantes-based Startup Palace, TVT launches the third season of l’Accélérateur with six startups from Toulon (@udito, Bernmatt, Coleka, Culturevent, Origone and Deep Flow Realty).

June 2016

Our CEO attends FF2i’s annual meeting at ICADE’s headquarters. Software publishers confirm their interest in a semantic solution tailored to the real estate profession.

February 2016

A major real estate player wants to purchase our technology, thus confirming our project’s relevance. However, Deep Flow Realty having infinite potential, we decline their offer and carry on with our research and development. The need for an assistant that can write real estate ads is clearly identified.

2014 – 2015

Creation of the innovative platform www.immotopic.com with innovations of use, algorithms, open data visualization (with OpenStreetMap) and the first text generator for real estate ads. Over 100,000 real estate ads are tested and validated. Deep Flow Realty works both with one ad at a time and with entire flows of real estate ads through data mappings.
